The Paragon One Externship is a new student program that decreases the cost of engaging talent, attaining Gen-Z market insights, and delivering DEI impact.

In a fast-paced startup environment, I successfully managed a high-performing content marketing team, leading writers, editors, and social media managers. Developed and executed a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, positioning the company as a thought leader and forging partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies. Givewith delivers a unique sales differentiator – helping client’s sales teams win incremental business, shorten sales cycles and deepen relationships with customers. Givewith is the first software of its kind to help businesses include Social Impact as part of their sales proposals, helping them stand out front of the competition and secure more business.

As Givewith's Marketing Content Manager, I spearheaded content creation for our Fortune 50 clients and 150+ NPO partners, showcasing the social impact of their transactions. As the first member of a now three-person marketing team, I led a complete rebrand and GTM overhaul. This included providing sales teams with high-level and in-depth collateral, contributing to seven-figure deals. Collaborating with design and demand generation agencies, I developed strategies aligned with our GTM route and created templates for CSMs to use with customers. Additionally, I managed our digital media presence, doubling our social media following, and produced active case studies, one-pagers, press releases, and editorial content in collaboration with each department. I also supported our CEO by managing and creating content for his speaking events and partnerships.

As Content Manager at BeFunky, I played a key role in the creative strategy for our collaboration in the Google Chromebook Perks program. I crafted compelling copy for our blog, social media, and the tool's usage on the Google Blog. Voters of Tomorrow is a non-profit, student-led initiative to increase political engagement by millennials and Generation Z.

Responsible for recruitment and mobilization efforts for voter registration and activist efforts across the state of Florida. Has led several voter registration and political campaigns to support progressive canidates across the state of Florida, including Maxwell Frost, the first in Gen Z to be elected to the US House of Representatives.

#SAVEAUSTINSCOFFEE CAMPAIGN

Grassroots Campaigning to Save a Local Community Space

As the driving force behind the #SaveAustinsCoffee campaign, I led and managed the full-scale efforts to save a beloved local art venue in Orlando. Leveraging my coding skills, I developed an auto-fill email for concerned patrons to send to city officials, setting the stage for a compelling social media campaign. With over 100k shares and impressions, extensive media coverage, and increased foot traffic to Austin's events and coffee shop, our campaign achieved remarkable success. Notably, we influenced local voter turnout in Winter Park, Florida, leading to the winning candidate, supported and endorsed by our campaign, receiving more votes than the entire 2018 voter turnout. The #SaveAustinsCoffee hashtag alone generated over 50k interactions, further solidifying our impact.
